Rain Tree Timber

Rain trees are massive umbrella-shaped trees valued for its timber. Rain tree pods are edible, containing a brownish, sticky, liquorice-like, sweet-flavoured pulp. A lemon-like fruit drink can also be made from the pulp. The popular, heavily striated rain tree timber is straw to smokey coloured and truly stunning. It is commonly found growing in tropical north Queensland, though it is not an Australian native.

Personalisation: Yes, we can laser engrave timber pens and wooden pen boxes.  In the text box please provide:

• Pen engraving: 20 letters and spaces max. Engraving is done on the timber underneath the lacquer. Please specify if it is for a left or right hander.
• Timber box engraving: 50 letters and spaces max (logo, symbols or line drawings are OK).
• Embossing leather pen box: maximum of 9 letters.
• We will contact you to confirm your personalisation prior to it being complete.

Yes,  we can gift wrap your purchase and post directly. Add the name, address of the receiver in the text box with your personal message. We will gift wrap, add a card and send on your behalf. The package will include your name and a message but will not include any invoice.
