Story Wood Collection - Recycled Bamboo Bench Top

This bamboo timber used to be a kitchen bench top. The bamboo is a salvaged off cut from a Queensland cabinetmaker. We have laminated several pieces of bamboo bench top together, cut it diagonally against the grain and turned it on the wood lathe. Bamboo timber is uniform and finely grained, being pale yellow to almost white in colour.
