Mango wood is warm brown with fine wavy stripes within and curly or mottled grain patterns are also common. Common uses of mango timber are furniture, ukuleles, veneer, plywood, and turned objects. Mango wood is considered eco-friendly, as some mango farms harvest the trees for lumber after they have completed their fruit-bearing lifespan.
